Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Seoulumi customers can request deletion of eligible account, profile, and social-login data. Effective date: June 14, 2026.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Sign in to the Seoulumi account if possible, so we can confirm the account email and login provider.
  2. 2Send a request to hello@seoulumi.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  3. 3Include the account email address, the login provider used if known, and whether the request is for account/profile data only or all eligible customer data.
  4. 4We may ask for reasonable confirmation before deleting or anonymizing data to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Customers may also contact Seoulumi through the contact page. We normally aim to respond within 30 days where possible.

Google login data

If a customer used Google sign-in, they can also remove Seoulumi from their Google Account by opening Google Account settings, going to Security, reviewing third-party apps and services, and removing Seoulumi access. Removing the Google connection stops future access through that connection, but customers should still send Seoulumi a deletion request if they want eligible data stored by Seoulumi deleted or anonymized.

Data that may be deleted or anonymized

  • Account profile information stored for Seoulumi sign-in and customer account access.
  • Social-login identity references connected to Google sign-in, where stored by Seoulumi.
  • Wishlist, account preferences, support messages, and other eligible customer profile data.
  • Order-related personal data where deletion or anonymization is possible and not blocked by accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal record requirements.

Data we may need to retain

Some information cannot always be deleted immediately. Where retention is required, Seoulumi will limit access and keep the data only as long as reasonably necessary.

  • Order, payment, shipping, tax, accounting, or refund records that Seoulumi must keep for legitimate operational, legal, or compliance reasons.
  • Security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or abuse-prevention records where retention is reasonably necessary.
  • Data held by third-party providers under their own account relationship with the customer, such as Google, email providers, banks, or delivery providers.
